As the owner of Paul Davis Restoration Dayton since 1988, Mark has been serving the Dayton area home owners and business in recovery from water, fire and natural disasters. Mark holds IICRC certifications in Fire & Smoke Damage, Water Damage and Applied Structural Drying. Additionally he is a Licensed Commercial Loss Mitigator.  Mark was drawn to the disaster recovery industry by the opportunity to be of service to people at their time of great need. He has personally completed or help over see thousands of property restoration projects in the Dayton Metropolitan Area. Mark is among the best of the best in the restoration industry He holds every team member to the highest of standards and operates his company to serve the best interest of the client.

Mark and his wife Jennifer have been married since 1982 and are the parents of 2 adult children, Matthew and Cara. Mark bicycles when the weather permits, loves to day hike, back pack and generally participate in any activity in the great outdoors when time allows.

Paul Davis Restoration Dayton has been lucky to have Scott Siens as a Project Manager for 21 years. Scott’s many IICRC certifications include: Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, CPT Repair & Reinstallation, Journeyman Water Restorer and Commercial CPT Maintenance. As a National Customer Service award multiple time winner, Scott is invaluable to home and business owners in the Dayton and surrounding areas when it comes to recovering from water, fire or natural disaster damage. His standards when it comes to over seeing any project are second to none.

Tonya Stephenson, Content Restoration Supervisor

Tonya has been with Paul Davis for over 3 years and has a back ground in soft content restoration. During her tenure with Paul Davis, she has become an expert on inventory when contents are removed from the home, maintaining the inventory during transport to our warehouse, total content cleaning and returning personal contents back to the home.

Justin Siens, Water and Fire Restoration Technician

Justin has been with Paul Davis for 15 years and knows his craft inside and out. Justin is a great team leader and a favorite with our customers.

When any homeowner experiences a loss due to fire, water or natural damage, they need a compassionate, honest person to help them figure out their next step. Jake is there to offer resources, whether it be direction to temporary shelter in the Dayton and surrounding area, giving a care package with personal care items or just being a shoulder to lean on. Jake is a former Fire Fighter and am Emergency Medical Technician which makes him uniquely qualified to make on the spot recommendations to home owners in their time of need. Jake is also in charge of the yearly calendar, Hunks & Ladders, which raises charitable contributions to the First Responder Community and their families.
